This position is fully remote. About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Associate Dean of Online Product Health to oversee the daily operations of an assigned academic program portfolio within SNHU’s online Global Campus. In this role, you will provide strategic leadership, operational oversight, and cross-team coordination to ensure strong academic product delivery and long-term program health.

You’ll guide resource planning, monitor program quality, evaluate academic performance, and identify opportunities to enhance operations. You will also play a major role in supporting, developing, and leading teams—including Associate Deans, full-time faculty, and academic staff.

This position reports to the Academic Dean of Online Product Health.

This is a full-time remote position.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and mentor a team of Associate Deans, Global Campus faculty, and academic staff, fostering high performance and alignment with SNHU’s core values
  • Coordinate across academic and operational departments—including Admissions, Advising, Career Services, Marketing, and more—to ensure all strategic goals are met
  • Support professional development for your team and build national visibility within the higher education community
  • Ensure academic programs meet accreditation standards, institutional policies, and governance requirements
  • Conduct environmental scanning and collaborate with partners to anticipate trends and strengthen the health of your academic portfolio
  • Oversee daily operations, improve efficiencies, and support long-term academic success

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in higher education administration
  • Master’s degree in Business or a related field
  • Experience managing or supporting online degree programs
  • Strong understanding of trends and external forces impacting higher education and portfolio program areas

Compensation

  • Annual pay range: $94,130 – $150,634
  • Expected hiring range: $104,012 – $140,723
    Final compensation is based on experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and business needs.
