About the Opportunity
SNHU’s traditional Manchester campus is looking for a Men’s Club Soccer Coach to join our Campus Recreation team. In this part-time role, you’ll report to the Assistant Director of Campus Recreation and help guide student-athletes with skill levels ranging from beginner to advanced. Your leadership will support player development, teamwork, and a positive club sports experience.
What You’ll Do
- Coach and instruct players following SNHU rules and all guidelines outlined in the Sports Club Handbook.
- Understand and follow safety procedures, emergency protocols, and equipment/travel policies.
- Lead practices and games while upholding club sports standards and expectations.
- Mentor players and support the executive board in reaching club goals.
- Assist with recruitment efforts to bring new members into the club.
- Attend all practices, competitions, and required trainings.
- Arrive prepared and organized for each practice session.
- Serve as a communication bridge between players and Club Sports administration.
- Teach proper technique and help athletes develop and improve their skills.
- Act as a chaperone during travel and follow all travel policies set by the Office of Student Involvement.
- Transport athletes to and from games and practices using university fleet vehicles.
- Maintain current CPR/First Aid certification (training available if needed).
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma required.
- At least 1 year of soccer coaching experience and experience managing or working with a team.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to qualify as an approved university driver.
- Ability to work onsite (#LI-Onsite).

Compensation
Hourly pay range: $13.12 – $20.99
Expected hiring range: $14.50 – $19.61
Final offer will be based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
