About the Role

We’re seeking an Associate Dean of Academic Strategy Management, a full-time position supporting academic strategy and cross-team initiatives across our online Global Campus (GC). In this role, you will help implement strategic plans, guide project work, and support operational-level initiatives.

You’ll serve as a subject matter expert in academic portfolio management, focusing on program health, process effectiveness, and data-driven decision-making. You will report to the Executive Director of Academic Strategy Management and may lead faculty and support teams toward achieving key goals.

This is a remote role.

What You’ll Do

Academic Operations

  • Ensure institutional and program-level goals are met using disciplined analysis and performance indicators
  • Apply data-informed decision-making to improve academic operations

Cross-Functional Engagement

  • Foster a collaborative culture built on connection, communication, and teamwork
  • Support a service-first mindset with clear, reliable service level agreements (SLAs)

Academic Program Infrastructure

  • Help manage accreditation requirements, regulatory compliance, and governance standards
  • Use data-driven processes to support institutional effectiveness

Strategic Implementation, Optimization & Innovation

  • Improve systems and processes to support automation, efficiency, and cost-effective operations
  • Support adoption of new technologies — including AI, analytics, and automation — within academic operations
  • Strengthen collaboration across teams through streamlined processes and improved data reporting

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in higher education administration
  • Master’s degree from a regionally accredited institution
  • Broad understanding of higher education operations and functional areas
  • Proven project management experience, including coordination, planning, and execution of cross-functional initiatives

Compensation

  • Annual pay range: $85,563 – $136,928
  • Expected hiring range: $94,548 – $127,918
    Actual compensation depends on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
