About the Opportunity
We are seeking an Associate Dean (AD) of Academic Effectiveness to join our Global Campus online division. In this full-time leadership role, you will help shape academic operations, support our adjunct faculty community, and ultimately ensure strong learning experiences for our students.
You’ll collaborate with teams across the university, lead operational projects, and help create efficiencies that improve both faculty and learner outcomes. You will report directly to a Senior Associate Dean and contribute to the strategic direction of our academic operations.
This position is fully remote.

What You’ll Do
- Promote student and faculty success using data-driven insights and decision-making
- Support academic programs through coaching, oversight, and engagement with adjunct faculty
- Ensure programs meet institutional benchmarks, performance indicators, and operational efficiency standards
- Partner with internal teams to uphold SNHU’s core values and maintain a strong faculty support system
- Develop and maintain processes aligned with accreditation requirements, university policy, and HR standards
- Help optimize the entire adjunct faculty lifecycle—from onboarding through daily operations
- Lead cross-departmental initiatives that strengthen learner success, faculty engagement, and program growth
- Conduct environmental scanning and research to identify trends and improve faculty excellence
- Improve processes to enhance automation, reporting, collaboration, and scalability
- Support a high-engagement faculty experience across all phases of employment
- Contribute to reporting, documentation, and transparent sharing of processes and outcomes
- Analyze data to enhance faculty performance, engagement, and success
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree required
- Minimum 2 years of progressive higher education administration experience
- At least 1 year of mentoring, coaching, or performance management experience
- Strong ability to use data to guide decisions
- Broad understanding of higher education systems and operations
- A mindset that values inclusion, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Compensation
- Annual pay range: $85,563 – $136,928
- Expected hiring range: $94,548 – $127,918
Salary is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
